The Florentin Fonche Foundation will actively seek to resolve conflicts in any part of the world. In doing this we remain both ethical and constructive in approach. Although our major effort is focused on resolving armed conflicts, we also put enormous efforts in preventing conflicts in the first place.
In the case were prevention has completely failed, we then aim to come in to constructively resolve the conflict. This would involve 3 steps: (1) depersonalizing the issue; (2) defusing the situation; and (3) directing the conversation.
